  2. Markers, color pencils, or crayons
  3. Hole puncher
  4. String
  5. Glue
  6. Glitter
  7. Feathers

Step 1: Choose an undecorated masquerade mask.
Step 2: Color the mask with any color of your choice.
Step 3: Decorate your mask with glitter and feathers to give it an extra festive touch!
Step 4: Using a hole puncher, put two holes on each side of your masquerade mask
Step 5: Tie string to each hole and adjust the length of the string so that it fits securely around your face. You’re all set!

Tip: If you’re planning to have many guests, it can be a fun activity to let everyone design their own mask at the party. Set up a table with undecorated masks and some decorating supplies. This will save you time and everyone can create beautiful masks together!

Making Resolutions

Would it really be a New Year without establishing resolutions? This activity is the perfect way to kick off 2017. Go around the room and share what your New Year’s resolutions are. You may find someone who has the same resolution as you. If more people know what your resolutions are, you’ll have more friends to remind you to work towards your goals.
