Set Up & Test Your Medical Alert System
Your personal alarm system is easy to set up and operate!
Please locate your device below and follow the written or video instructions.
If you have an In-Home system, simply plug in the base unit and push the button on your pendant. You should hear a Command Center agent speaking to you through the base unit. Communicating through the base unit, inform the agent you are testing your new medical alert system. Your system is now fully activated.

In-Home Wireless Medical Alert System
If you have an On-the-Go Pendant system, simply push the button on your pendant. You should hear a Command Center agent speaking to you through the pendant. Inform the agent you are testing your new medical alert system. Your system is now fully activated. Plug the pendant into its charging cradle to re-charge your unit as needed.
If you have an On-the-Go Wrist Watch system, simply plug in the charging station and place your watch in the cradle until fully powered. To test, press the SOS button for 5 seconds. You should hear a Command Center agent speaking to you through the watch. Inform the agent you are testing your medical alert system. Your system is now fully activated. Plug the watch into its charging cradle to re-charge your unit as needed.
