Once the fall alert pendant senses a spill, it will place an automatic call for help, whether you press the button or not. This guarantees that help will reach you, even if you are not capable of asking for assistance. Our caring operators are trained to assess the situation and follow the proper protocol.
After a call for help is placed, we follow a set of procedures that will ensure a quick response. We will contact the people in your Circle of Care in the order you have specified. We will also make sure that, if medical care is needed, 911 is dispatched as soon as possible.

You were great. He pushed the button twice, once to help him get off the floor, August 29th, the second time, Sept 4 I had the paramedics transport him to the hospital for ex-rays - all was okay. Thank you !!!

I was called immediately when my mother fell. EMS was already on the route to her house and Alert1 kept both my sister and I informed as she was speaking to emergency personell.
