I was grateful to have the device when I fell the other day. The Alert 1 staff member followed protocol and an ambulance was dispatched. The crew helped me up and I am back to normal. After a number of false alarms when I pressed it in error, I was grateful to have it.

Thank you so much. Your operator called to see if I was ok after I had a fall. He call the paramedics and my Daughter. I felt secure knowing someone was there for me! I am fine..Thank you! I also want to thank you for putting up with all my false calls while getting used to having the button. I try hard not to accidently push it, but your operators are always so nice and caring when I do!

We were called and notified that our father had pressed the alert button and needed emergency help and the ambulance was on its way. When I arrived the ambulance was there and was attending to our father. He spent two nights in the hospital and is recovering nicely. Thank you for professional and quick response.
