Our Policy for Annual Plans

If you are not entirely satisfied with your annual service plan, you can take advantage of our triple 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.


You have 30 calendar days to return your medical alert equipment from the date you received it. This is our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee offer for annual plans. You get the opportunity to try out our system for those 30 days to see if it is right for you.

To be eligible for a return, your equipment must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. You must test your equipment at least once. How else will you know if the system is right for you or not?

You don’t need to send us the receipt or proof of purchase. Just put everything we sent you back in the box and send it back to us.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs and activation fees are non-refundable. 

Our Policy for Monthly Plans

If you are not entirely satisfied with your monthly service plan, we’re here to help. Our monthly service plans are our most flexible option. If you decide you no longer need our service, simply give us a call and send the equipment back.


There is no time limit on returns for monthly service plans. If you wish to end your monthly service plan, simply give us a call at 1-800-693-5433 to let us know, put all of your equipment in a box, and send it back to us.

Once we receive your shipment, we will cancel your monthly service plan. Once your account has been settled, you will no longer receive billing statements.


In order to provide affordable medical alerts for our customers, our 30-day refunds are offered for annual plans only.

If you would like more flexibility in your payment plan, please select “monthly plan” for your system during checkout. If you would like to take advantage of our discounted rate and warranty program, please select “annual plan” for your system during checkout.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
