You receive inbound calls from customers seeking help. You carefully log caller information to pull up the customer's digital file, and speak in an engaging manner, with an eye toward understanding what the issue is and helping resolve it in a timely manner. You make the caller feel heard and understood, and represent the company in a positive and trustworthy way.
For example, you may:
- Start or disconnect service
- Answer billing questions
- Aid in technical support
- Enter data
- You have a warm, caring phone voice, and a crisp, professional phone demeanor.
- You are an excellent listener, and you find it easy to hear what people are really saying, even beyond what their words convey. You do not cut people off when they speak; you let them finish.
