The prices of becoming a member are presented in monthly and annual payments so you can choose which payment method is most convenient for you. After you select a payment term and complete your order, we’ll ship your medical alert system right away. Your system is easy to set up. Just plug it in to receive full Alert1 monitoring services and Command Center access. When you sign up with Alert1 there aren't any installation fees, hidden fees or contracts!

Does Alert1 charge seniors on activation fees?

Getting set up with an Alert1 membership is a simple and intuitive process. We make it that much easier by not making you pay to set up your system. The service plan you pay is all inclusive, and you’ll receive our service the moment you install your medical alert system.

Our mobile alert system, Kelsi, does require a one-time cellular activation fee to connect your mobile medical alert device to the cellular networks. That activation fee is determined by our selected cellular network provider and is non-refundable. You can rest assured that this won’t be a recurring expense. Once you receive your mobile medical alert it will operable and ready for use wherever life takes you.

Our devices and systems are easy to set up. Just plug your home medical alert into your landline or power outlet and you’re good to go. You don’t need to rely on someone else to do a complicated install in your home. We don’t charge you extra to install and we don’t make you wait for an installer to deliver or connect your product. My mom wanted to go with another "Well-Known" company, but they wanted us to sign up for 3 years at a time and were really hard to get ANY information out of at all. We chose Alert1 because they were so much easier to work with!
