Simple & Delish Candy Corn Fudge Recipe

Candy Corn Fudge

Prep time: 15 minutes to layer fudge; 2 – 3 hours to cool in fridge

Ingredients for Each Layer (there are 3 layers):

  • 1/8 Cup evaporated milk
  • 4 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/2 t vanilla
  • 2 oz marshmallow fluff
  • Yellow and red food coloring

*NOTE: You will be repeating these ingredients and the process 3 times for the three fudge layers.


  1. Line a 9x9 baking pan with foil and grease foil with butter.
  2. Combine butter, sugar, and evaporated milk into a small saucepan, cook on medium heat; once it hits a boil, cook for 3 additional minutes.
  3. Add about 6 drops of yellow food coloring and stir.
  4. Take off the heat, add the vanilla, white chocolate, and marshmallow fluff, and mix until melted.
  5. Pour into the bottom of your greased and lined baking pan.
  6. Repeat steps 1-4 but add 2 drops of red in addition to your yellow food coloring this time, and pour this orange mixture over the yellow layer.
  7. Again repeat steps 1-4, but add NO food coloring this time, and pour the white mixture over the orange layer.
  8. Let pan cool in the fridge for about 2-3 hours and enjoy!
