Celebrate Independence Day with a July 4th Flag Cake

Celebrate the 4th and show your patriotism with this oh-so-easy (and seriously yummy) American flag-inspired cake. This clever cake is pretty as a fireworks display and Yankee Doodle delicious!
Ingredients:
Box white cake mix
1 pint of blueberries
4 cups of strawberries
2 tubs of vanilla frosting OR 1 tub of whipped topping
Instructions:
1. Bake the cake according to package instructions in a 9 x 13 baking pan.
2. Let the cake cool, then frost.
3. Place the blueberries in a rectangle shape in the top, left corner of the cake to form the “stars.”
4. Slice the strawberries and line them up horizontally across the cake to form the “stripes.”
5. Refrigerate cake until ready to serve.
