30 Day Limited Warranty:

A Member or Payer who terminates this Agreement by providing oral or written notice within thirty (30) days after the date of purchase shall be entitled to receive a refund of prepaid Monitoring Services fees subject to the following limitations:
(i)       The refund does not include any amounts designated on the original invoice as shipping, warranty or activation charges;
(ii)      The refund will be reduced if the product incentives delivered to Member for subscribing are not returned;
(iii)     Refunds will not be issued to Members who have not tested the Equipment; and
(iv)     Refunds will not be issued to Members on month to month payment plans.

Refunds will not be provided for Equipment except as expressly provided in the Manufacturer’s written warranty.

Manufacturer also provides a 1-year Standard Limited Warranty, warranting that, for a period of one year from the date of purchase, the Watch will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
