South Carolina Medical Alert Systems

South Carolina

South Carolina is home to a shoreline of pristine beaches and stunning Sea Islands. These beautiful islands are alive with costal wildlife of all description. This coast is considered some of the best fishing venues in the southeastern United States. The coast is a popular destination for hiking and bike riding, as well as beachfront camping and bird watching. There are beautiful waterfalls are nestled in the Eastatoe Valley. These Twin falls cascade over massive slabs of granite to create the Reedy Cove Creek. The 60-mile stretch of beachfront is also known for golf courses and the vacation town of Myrtle Beach.  Coastal Charleston is South Carolina’s oldest city, defined by pastel-colored houses, and home to Old South plantations and Fort Sumter where the Civil War’s opening shots were fired.

What Is A Medical Alert System?

At Alert1, our medical alert systems can give you protection to continue doing the activities you love. A medical alert system is a button you wear around your neck or around your wrist. If you need help, simply press the button to get help.

When you press your help button, you will be connected directly to the Alert1 Command Center. A trained operator will come on the line to speak with you. If you need help, they can send you personalized responders. When you sign up, you will create your Circle of Care - your list of responders. You can call whomever you need in an emergency, including 911, your neighbor, or your family. We will stay on the line with you until they arrive so that you always have a calming and caring person with you.
