For protection in and around the home, we provide our home medical alert. This is the classic system. You wear a help button which, when pressed, calls the Alert1 Command Center through the base unit. The help button has a range of more than 600 feet from the base unit, which is the length of two football fields. With a waterproof pendant, you will always be protected in your home.

Many Alert1 members choose to upgrade to fall detection. When you upgrade you get an advanced fall detection pendant which can detect falls using sensitive sensors. It is designed to be able to tell the difference between everyday movement and potentially devastating falls. If it does sense a fall, it automatically calls the Alert1 Command Center. This means you get help fast, which is crucial in an emergency.

For protection when you are on the go, we offer our mobile medical alert. With nationwide coverage and 911 location technology, we can send help directly to your location.
