About On-the-Go Fall Detection

Mobile fall detection is the best of both worlds. You have the ability to get help at the push of a button like a classic medical alert, and if you happen to fall your button can automatically call for help. With GPS capabilities, you will have access to help everywhere you go, no matter where you are in the United States.

When you press your help button, you are connected through a two-way speaker and microphone in the pendant. You will be connected to our CSAA certified US-baed Command Center, where a trained operator will come on the line with you. They can walk you through your emergency, and can swiftly call your emergency list of responders. When you set up your service with Alert1, you determine what contacts you like and which order to call them in, just in case you aren't up to it when you press your button. We will call your contacts for help and stay on the line with you until they arrive.

The on-the-go features come into play if you press your button on the go. If you are unable to tell us where you are, we can use the help button's GPS and cell tower features to find you and send help to your location.

Alert1's On-the-Go Fall Detection service is easy to set up. With your Alert1 subscription you get both the help button and its charger, along with a user guide. Your help button will arrive preprogrammed, When your button arrives, simply place it in the charger. Once charging is complete, you will test your medical alert and practice using it. Testing your medical alert is easy - simply press the button. When the operator comes on the line, just tell them that you're testing. They will confirm that they have your information correct and will end the call. Don't worry about bothering them, you can call them through your help button at any time for any reason! They are there to help.

With your medical alert, you can live your life without fear of what might happen in an emergency. With Alert1 by your side, you know you can get help fast, at the push of a button.

Alert1 saved me
Betty Quist (Oxnard, CA)
I fell in the bathroom at the far end of the house from where my land line phone and Alert1 station are. I had just finished dressing and fortunately I had put my button on because I had fractured my hip fevor and could not move.

I always wondered if they would hear me from there but when I yelled “HELP” they called the fire department and my contacts. The fire dept followed their directions for getting in the house and were here in a few minutes. Thank you Alert1

Couldn't ask for better service
Phil (Findlay, OH)
Once again Alert1 performed excellent. Mom fell again. They called the paramedics, then my brother then me just like we planned. Mom was ok this time but I couldn’t ask for better service from Alert1.

best deal ever
Barry (Emmitsburg, MD)
I am very pleased with the Alert1 system I purchased for my mother. It was easy to install and the responder was very helpful and polite when we did our test. I only wish I would have waited 30 days to buy the voice extender and pearls to get them for 50% off.

best peace of mind
Beatrice (Brooksville, FL)
Alert1 has given me such peace of mind where my mom is concerned. She lives in an adult facility, but in her own small apartment. Mom is unsteady on her feet and often falls by losing balance or sliding out of bed. Alert1 has come to her rescue countless times and, for that, I am eternally grateful.

I fell and broke a hip again. Your response was great. And you alerted my daughter to my situation. Thank you.
