About On-the-Go Fall Detection
Mobile fall detection through our fall alert button is the best of both worlds. You can access help at the push of a button, just like a classic medical alert. If you happen to fall, your fall alert button will automatically call for help. Plus, with GPS capabilities, you will have access to help everywhere you go, no matter where you are in the United States.
When you press your help button, you are connected through the two-way speaker and microphone in the pendant. You will be connected to our CSAA certified, US-based Command Center, where a trained operator will answer your request for help. They can walk you through your emergency and swiftly call your emergency list of responders. When you order a fall alert button from Alert1, you determine what contacts you want and the order in which we should call them. We will call your contacts for help and stay on the line with you until they arrive.
The on-the-go features come into play if you press your fall alert button away from the central home system. If you are unable to tell us where you are, we can use the help button's GPS and cell tower features to find you and send help to your location.

Fortunately I been doing well aches and pains due to My RA. Living alone I love having alert1 it is comforting knowing I can press the button if I have any kind of issue. issue.all your customer service and technical people are all so very nice and friendly. :)
