“Easy as Pie” Pumpkin Pie

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (16 ounce) can of pumpkin puree
  • 1 (14 ounce) can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or your own combination of cinnamon, nutmeg, all-spice, clove, ginger)
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust


  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Put eggs, pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, and pumpkin pie spice in a large bowl and mix until combined.
  3. Put the unbaked pie crust into a 9-inch pie plate and pour the pumpkin mixture into the crust.
  4. Place pie on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Then reduce the oven heat to 350 degrees and continue baking until the filling is set, about 35 to 40 minutes.
  5. Cool and enjoy!
