Yes! While our sales team is not in the office 24/7, our Command Center is. They are available 24/7 to protect you in case of an emergency.
You can reach the Alert1 Command Center by pressing your help button. They will come on the line to assist you. If it's an emergency and you need help sent to you, we will call your personalized list of responders - that can include your neighbors, your family, or 911 directly - it's up to you. We will call your responders and then stay on the line with you until help arrives.
