Solving Your Problems
There are a number of ways you can contact us for answers to questions or to address your Alert1 complaints or concerns:

- Visit our support pages 24 hours a day, seven days a week for answers to the most common questions about setting up and using your Alert 1 system.
Alert1 Disputes Resolution
If you have a concern, dispute, or other issue about Alert1 that isn't being resolved to your satisfaction, please ask your customer service representative to escalate the issue to a manager, or contact Gina, the Alert 1 Complaints Resolution Manager at customerconcerns@alert1.com.
