Last week I called several times to find out about your product and each time I called, your staff was helpful and yet they didn't try to "sell" me. I am returning the Alert One unit that we had used for my father-in-law. I must tell you that it did everything you said it would do. My father-in-law was a 78 year old heart patient who lived alone and in the almost 3 months that he had the unit in his home he had to use it twice. It worked beautifully both times. It summoned help when he needed it and as a result he got the assistance that he required. I am sorry to say that I am returning the unit only because my father-in-law has passed away but I want to thank you for your wonderful product. It gave both he and us the assurance that help was only a push button away.

I want to thank you. On Tuesday around 4:00 PM, I received a call from your service that my mom had fallen and was hurt. I rushed over to her house as fast as I could. Your person on the other end of the line was wonderful! I don't remember her name, but she stayed on the phone with my mom and I until the ambulance and police arrived.
Thanks to your service, my mom was taken immediately to the hospital. She broke 4 ribs and did some other damage to her neck, back, lung and kidneys. Without your service, she could have been lying there all night.
I know we pay for this service, but it is really invaluable and works great. Your service was excellent and I thought you should know how much it is appreciated.
