Immediate Notification of System Power Outage
You and your personal responders will receive immediate notification via a text message if your Alert1 system stops receiving electrical power. Although the system's battery can continue to provide emergency monitoring services for up to 24 hours, this notification helps you quickly address problems, such as a system getting accidentally unplugged.¹

at any time for any reason. UPS will even pick-up the system at your home,
scheduled for your convenience.

that Alert1 already provides free return shipping on any products that need
replacement under our comprehensive hardware warranty policy, but for Alert1
Advantage customers, this benefit is expanded to include any return shipments
for any reason.
Free Expedited Shipping on Initial Order
New customers
who choose the Alert1 Advantage Plan will be
automatically upgraded to free expedited Two-Business Day shipping on their
initial order. Or, if you choose, you can purchase overnight shipping for the
discounted price of only $15.95 (this special overnight shipping offer requires that you place your
order by phone before 3 pm Eastern time, Monday-Friday for delivery the next business day).

Upon request, we'll send you an extra help button each year that you remain an Alert1 Advantage customer.

Add the new Alert1 Advantage Plan to your new or existing service plan for just $5 per month. New customers must purchase the Alert1 Advantage Plan for the same time period as their emergency monitoring service and the service is only available for our quarterly and annual service plan customers.
